UP IN THE STARS

So it was another night filled with tears and introspection,

Honesty and realization. And being raw like a salmon hahaha.

It has been such a long time since I've heard a song from Hillsong, and thanks to Tom Seah for once again re-introducing it to me.. Ah, the complications of it. But I'll just leave it aside for a moment and find peace within myself.

Thinking back to the first time hearing Hillsongs was at my 3 month stint at SAJC 3 years back. I never knew what it meant to feel like this but I'll be honest, it's different and I can't put it to words. I'll never forget the countless number of times asking Joshua to sing the hymns for us over and over again, us wanting to find opportunities just to sing our hearts out, and of course, the very first 2 hour session of.. what is that singing session called :| I have totally forgotten the word, but it was nice. Praise? What.. what.. Okay,  OH. PRAISE AND WORSHIP. Yes, that - at SAJC. It can be scary thinking back to all the sessions I've been to, but I'll remember as nice and heartwarming. I'll keep the good parts in my head.

And in it, I'll find my own peace and comfort zone :)
